The photographer must be the creator of the submitted image(s) and own the copyright to the work.
Stonehenge Gallery reserves the right to use any submitted image for publicity purposes for the 2019 show.
Stonehenge Gallery reserves the right to reject any submitted image if it is deemed inappropriate for the exhibit.
All work must meet the requirements as listed under the “Submission guidelines” the “Application instructions,” and the “Calendar” tabs. Stonehenge reserves the right to reject any image that does not meet these requirements.
Stonehenge insures photos while that work is in the possession of the gallery. At all other times in the shipment of the work to and from the gallery, the photographer bears the cost and responsibility of insuring the work.
All shipping cost of images to the gallery and back to the photographer are the sole responsibility of the photographer.
All images must be for sale, from which Stonehenge Gallery receives 40% commission.
Once a submission is made via the call portal, the entry fee will not be refundable.
